He started his musical studies in banda filarmónica de Covões, 2007. In 2008 he entered to Escola de Artes da Bairrada where he did his 1st degree, the following year he did his 2nd degree in Academia de Música de Cantanhede. In 2010 he entered the Escola profissional de música de Espinho, where he completed his secondary education in the class of teachers Daniel Dias and Alexandre Vilela.


He participated in several master classes with Filipe Alves, Gabriel Antão, Alexander Erbrich-Crawford, Hugo Assunção, Ricardo Molla, Élson Pinho, Bart van Lier, Pierre Volders, Remko De Jager, Jeffrey Kant, Ian Bousfield, among others. He has worked with several conductors such as Fausto Moreira, Nuno Choupeiro, Andre Granjo, Fernando Marinho, Pedro Neves, Cesário Costa, José Eduardo Gomes, Johan de Meiji, Ivan Meylemans, Conrad van Alphen, among others.


He collaborated with the Espinho Classical Orchestra, Espinho Jazz Orchestra, Codarts Symphonic Orchestra and Sinfonia Rotterdam.


In 2013, he won 1st place in the “Terras de La Salette” competition, youth category. In 2016, he obtained the 2nd place in the competition “Terras de La Salette”, junior category. In 2020 he obtained the place as a reserve member of NJO (Nationale Jeugdorkesten Nederland) and the European Union Youth Orchestra.


Currently studying at Codarts Rotterdam in the class of professors Alexander Verbeek, Ben van Dijk and Brandt Atema.​​​
